Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record a communication dated 09.07.2026, issued by the Regional Manager, HRTC, Baijnath to the petitioner with respect to grant of two additional increments on completion of twenty years of regular service in the cadre. The said communication is ordered to be taken on record. 3.
