JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this Writ Petition, the petitioners herein are assailing the impugned notices at Annexure-G1 to G4 series, wherein the petitioners have been called upon to file reply as to the action that may be taken by the respondent- authorities as per Section 29-C of the Karnataka Co- operative Societies Act, 1959. 2. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is observed that the impugned notices were issued on 15.12.2025 (Annexure-G1 to G4 series) and called upon the petitioners herein to file a reply to the same on or - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15202 WP No. 7124 of 2026 before 22.01.2026. However, a perusal of the writ petition would indicate that, no steps have been taken by the petitioners herein. 3. In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to the petitioners to file reply to the show cause notice dated 15.12.2025 (Annexure-G1 to G4 series), at the earliest, if not already filed and if such reply is made by the petitioners herein within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of this order, the same shall be considered by the respondent-Authorities within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of such reply that may be made by the petitioners.
