Case No. 149 of 2024 corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No. 37 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 96 of the BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, POCSO, Godda, is pressed into motion. As per the FIR lodged by the father of the victim girl, his minor daughter was kidnapped by the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that there is no allegation of sexual assault against him and they have married and the victim is now living in her matrimonial home. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition. It is submitted that she is married and is living together in the house of her husband. Under the circumstance, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
