Case No. 12 of 2026. It has been alleged that two persons with arms and ammunition were apprehended by the police. Both the apprehended accused confessed that the arms and ammunition were provided to them by the petitioner. It would therefore appear that the petitioner has been implicated on confession and he is in custody since 05.03.2026. Though, Learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents, but regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.
