Therefore, although belatedly, our order has been complied with. 2. If the petitioners/applicants are aggrieved by the order of the Chairman of the Board of Councillors of the Maheshtala Municipality, they would be at 2 liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. 3.
