Rajendra Prasad Sharma and others) under Section 2/3 Gangsters Act, arising out of Case Crime No. 2105 of 2021, Police Station Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad, pending in the court of Special Judge, Gangsters Act, Ghaziabad and with a further prayer to stay the further proceedings of the aforesaid case. 4. Perused the order dated 01.09.2026. A counter affidavit dated 01.07.2024 of the State / O.P. No.1 is on record to which there is no rejoinder affidavit on record. 5. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the present application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as not pressed. Prayer is allowed. 6. The present application is dismissed as not pressed. 7. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. The records do not show passing of any interim order in the natter. 8.
