The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: “(i) Issue an order or direction in the nature of direction for expeditious disposal of the application filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, which is pending before the Commercial Court, Gautam Buddh Nagar and is registered as Arbitration Case No. 8 of 2026(Bestco Cables Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. Vs. Khajuraho Greens LLP & Ors.); (ii) Issue an order or direction in the nature of restraining the Respondents, their agents, representatives or any person acting on their behalf from alienating, transferring, encumbering or creating any 2 A227 No. - 7441 of 2026 third-party rights in respect of the immovable properties/assets of Respondent No. 1, a Limited Liability Partnership firm, during the pendency of the said Section 9 application.” 3.
