Case No. 193 of 2025. Several miscreants were apprehended by the police while they were planning to commit docoity in K.D. Jewellers. The name of the petitioner has come on the confession of the apprehended accused. Several co- accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No.10176 of 2025 and B.A. No. 10928 of 2025. Although the petitioner has got criminal antecedent but regard being had to the manner of implication and the fact that he is in custody since 18.10.2025, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Giridih in connection with Jamua P.S.
