The petitioners are accused in connection with Hanwara P.S. Case No. 48 of 2025. It appears that the prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier dismissed as withdrawn in B.A. No. 3011 of 2026. It has been alleged that the two sons of the informant were brutally assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioners and one of the sons had died. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the incident had occurred on account of a land dispute. It has further been submitted that the allegations against the petitioners are general and omnibus and considering the said fact, some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 2088 of 2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda in connection with Hanwara P.S.
