This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :- “(a)Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly a writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to process, consider and decide the Petitioner's application submitted pursuant to the Public Notice dated 22.04.2024 for grant of recognition to commence the Four-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP), strictly in accordance This is a digitally signed order.
