The Registry has placed before this Court a bunch of 1,218 Civil Miscellaneous Case Civil (CMCC) applications wherein one or the other interim prayers were made before the Court. 2. It has been pointed out that all the above CMCC applications are still pending despite the main case along with which the said applications were filed, has already been disposed of. The date of disposal of the main case has been duly mentioned in column No.6 of the annexed list. 3. Taking note of the fact that upon disposal of the main case, the said CMCC applications cannot survive independently, all these CMCC applications as listed in this bunch are disposed of by the present common order. 4. This order shall be placed in the respective files accordingly and the concerned CMCC applications shall be consigned to the record. The present S.B.
