It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that his application for revision under the OPLE Act filed before the Collector, Nayagarh is not being accepted by the authority. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Collector, Nayagarh (Opposite Party No.2) to receive and register revision application of the Petitioner as per Annexure-9 series and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
