Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral). Notice. Mr. Rahul Thakur, learned counsel appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:-
“i) That the respondents may be directed to pay the arrears of revision of pay scale w.e.f 1.1.2016 to 16.04.2022 in lump sum with interest @ 9% per annum from the due date till the date of its realization. ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to deduct the EPF contribution out of total amount of arrears of revised pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.2016 to 16.04.2022 and to deposit the same with admissible employer share contribution to the petitioner EPF account. (iii) That the respondents may al;so be directed to pay the revised leave-encashment to the petitioner because of revision 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters in which
judgment has been reserved on 01.07.2026.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand
disposed of accordingly.
