This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to produce entire records pertaining to instant matter; 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to 2 issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 28/10/2025 (Annexure P/1) in a time-bound manner, in accordance with Rule 7 of the Chhattisgarh Police Recruitment Rules, 2007; 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to grant relaxation to the petitioner on account of his belonging to a Martyr Family and a family affected by Naxal violence, in the recruitment process for the post of Constable (GD), Recruitment Year 2023; 10..4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to re-assess the petitioner's candidature by extending the benefit of relaxation under Rule 7 of the Rules, 2007, and to consider him for final selection and appointment to the post of Constable (GD), if otherwise found eligible; 10.5 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh representation before the appropriate authorities raising all the grievance as raised in this writ petition. 3. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4. Certified copy as per rules.
