P.P. --- 2/29.05.2026 Heard Mr. Rupesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Spl.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Burmu P.S. Case No.21 of 2026. 3. A raid was conducted near the river bank at Village- Hahe, where illegal country-made Mohua Liquor was found to have been manufactured. The persons present at the place of occurrence had fled away. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been implicated on the disclosure made by the villagers, but the name of none of the villagers has been stated by the prosecution. 5. It has been submitted that the petitioners have a criminal antecedent but in the said case, they have already been acquitted. 6. Learned Spl.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 7. Regard being had to the manner of the implication of the petitioners, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 8. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender in the trial court within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail 2026:JHHC:15655 2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Burmu P.S. Case No.21 of 2026 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 9. This application stands allowed.
