Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of communication dated 06.05.2026 issued by the Under Secretary (HRD), O/o P.O Cell, HPSEBL, Vidyut Bhawan, Shimla-4 alongwith vendor payment and calculation sheet of arrear of pay scale, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid document reveals that a sum of Rs.8,87,826/- has been paid as arrear to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact. However, he submits that interest on the amount of arrears has not been paid. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 4. Learned counsel representing the respondents submits that in case it is so, the interest on the arrears shall be paid strictly as per direction given by the Hon’ble Court in the judgment dated 17.09.2025 passed in CWP No.2269 of 2023, titled, Deep Ram vs HPSEBL & another, which is sought to be executed, within a period of eight weeks from today. 5. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 17.09.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.2269 of 2023, titled, Deep Ram vs. HPSEBL and another., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the amount of interest is not paid to the petitioner within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 6. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 10th July, 2026 ( Jiya Lal Bhardwaj ) (mamta) Judge
