Case No. 01 of 2026. The petitioner and other accused persons had assaulted the father of the informant which resulted in his death. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Saria P.S.
