The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2026. It has been alleged that the petitioner was apprehended by the police from his house and mobile and SIM cards were seized. He was suspected to be involved in cyber crime. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has one criminal antecedent relating to Cyber Crime. Learned Spl.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2026 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner and he shall also remain physically present before the trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of trial, unless prevented by sufficient cause.
