Heard Mr. Akhouri Awinash Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barharwa P.S. Case No. 67 of 2026. 3. It has been alleged that informant who was a married lady having three children had developed friendly relationship with the petitioner which continued for long and petitioner had established physical relationship with the informant on many occasions. It has also been alleged that the petitioner had assured the informant that marriage will be solemnized, which promise he did not keep and in fact, he had mortgaged her jewelry and taken Rs. 1,00,000/- for the purpose of starting business. Further, allegation has been levelled that the petitioner had recorded the obscene videos of the informant and was threatening to upload the same on social media. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the informant being a married lady having children, she had consented to the sexual overtures of the petitioner and the relationship had continued for four years. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the fact that the informant had acceded to the physical advances of the petitioner and had a longstanding relationship with the petitioner despite being married lady having children, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Rajmahal in connection with Barharwa P.S. Case No. 67 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 8. This application stands allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.)
