The petitioner is an accused in connection with Daltonganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No.45 of 2024. 3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in B.A. No.866 of 2025 vide order dated 05.02.2025. 4. It has been alleged that the petitioner who is a counsellor of the Vikash International Balika Grih, Panchwati Nagar, Daltonganj had sent two residents of the Balika Grih to the house of Ram Pratap Gupta @ Dadaji who is the Secretary of the said Balika Grih and who is said to have committed rape upon the victim. 5. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was merely a counsellor in the Vikash International Balika Grih, Panchwati Nagar, Daltonganj and the main allegation has been levelled against the Secretary, Ram Pratap Gupta @ Dadaji. It has further been submitted that out of ten charge-sheeted witnesses four witnesses have already been examined so far and there is no chance of the trial being concluded in the near future. The petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2024. 6. Learned Special PP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2026:JHHC:15837 Page | 2 B.A. No.4697 of 2026 learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Daltonganj (Mahila) P.S.
