JUSTICE RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY --- For the Petitioner : Mr. Ritu Raj, Adv. For the O.P. : Spl.P.P. --- 02/29.05.2026 Heard Mr. Ritu Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Spl.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Cyber Crime Case No.40 of 2026. The petitioner and others were apprehended by the police and from their possession mobiles and SIMs were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim had come forward to lodge any complaint. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2025 and he has one criminal antecedent of similar nature. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Cyber Crime Case No.40 of 2026 subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner and the petitioner shall physically remain present before the learned trial Court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial.
