Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representations to respondent - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:9516 WP No. 4653 of 2026 Nos.2 and 3, Tahsildar and the Deputy Director of Land Records for phodi and durasth of her land bearing Sy.No.26 situated at Kunigal Thimmnahalli (K.T.Halli), Dodderi Hobli, Madhugiri Taluk, Tumakuru District. Learned counsel submits that appropriate directions may be given to the concerned respondents to carry out the phodi and durasth. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate however submits that normally this Court would direct the parties to file online application for phodi and durasth. However, in respect of granted lands, since the phodi and the durasth have to be conducted simultaneously in respect of all the granted lands, sufficient time may be required to complete the process. Therefore, sufficient time will have to be granted to the respondents to complete the phodi and durasth. 4. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to complete the process of phodi and durasth, as - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:9516 WP No. 4653 of 2026 expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
