2/29.05.2026 Heard Mr. R. S. Mazumdar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 21 of 2026.
It has been alleged that the petitioner and others were apprehended by the police and mobiles and sims were recovered from their possession. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime.
It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. He has further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 21 of 2026, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner.
