The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice in B.A. No. 1493 of 2025 and B.A. No. 6831 of 2025. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2024. Learned counsel adds that out of seven charge-sheeted witnesses, two witnesses have been examined, who have not supported the case of the prosecution. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 334/2024 (NDPS Case No. 01 of 2025), subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present before the learned trial Court on each and every date, till the conclusion of the trial.
