At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the present bail application and instead seeks a direction to the learned Trial Court to decide the case expeditiously, as the trial has been pending for the last nine years and only one witness remains to be examined.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of the case and make all endeavour to conclude the trial, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
