The petitioner is an accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 44 of 2026. It has been alleged that the petitioner and some other accused persons were apprehended by the police and from their possession mobile and sims were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. So far as the petitioner is concerned, one mobile and two sims were recovered from his possession. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. He further adds that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.03.2026. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II cum Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Cyber P.S.
