It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that the charge-sheet in the case has already been forwarded to the office of the Circle Officer for submission before the concerned Magistrate. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such. The petitioners shall be at liberty to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings.
