In this petition, the petitioners are questioning the impugned Notice at 'Annexure-A' issued by the respondent- Society and also, sought for quashing the proceedings before the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies filed by the respondent herein at 'Annexure-P' to the petition is concerned. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 Sri.Manjunatheswar J. submitted that an interim order was passed by this Court on 19.12.2024, however, the petitioners have entered into an agreement of sale on 10.03.2025. I am of the view that, as the petitioners herein have challenged the impugned Notices, the matter has to be resolved by the competent authority under Section 70 of the Karnataka Co- operative Societies Act, pending consideration before the said authority as per 'Annexure-P' to the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17422 WP No. 33576 of 2024 Since the parties are represented through their learned counsels, the parties are directed to appear before respondent No.2 on 28.04.2026 at 11.00 a.m. Till the next date of hearing before respondent No.2- Authority, respondent No.1 shall not take any precipitative action against the petitioners.
