The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.14 of 2026, pending before the learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. The petitioner was apprehended by the police and from his possession mobile phone with SIM Cards, cash of Rs.43,800/-, one debit card of Axis Bank and etc. were recovered. He was suspected to be involved in cyber-crime. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. 4. However, regard being had to the findings of the investigation which reveals that the petitioner has committed fraud upon several persons which relates to a huge amount, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
