(At Present The Accused Petitioner Is In Judicial Custody In District Jail Kotputali). 2. Rahul Yadav S/o Ramniwas, Aged About 20 Years, R/o Sukhali Tan Bhaislana Police Station Sarund, District Kotputali-Behrod, (Raj.) (At Present The Accused Petitioner Is In Judicial Custody In District Jail Kotutali). ----Petitioners Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Manish Gupta For Respondent(s) : Mr. Vivek Sharma, PP Mr. Manvendra Singh Shekhawat, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 22/01/2026 1. The petitioners have preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.521/2025 registered at Police Station Pragpura, District Kotputli-Behror for offences under Sections 109(1) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 3 and 25 of Arms Act, 1959. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He again submits that no allegations of any offence have been mentioned in [2026:RJ-JP:3000] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-513/2026] FIR against them. He further submits that there is nothing on record which shows that inflicted injuries are dangerous to life. Petitioners are behind the bars since 02.12.2025 without any criminal past. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody and the bail application of the petitioners may be allowed. 5. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 6. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 7. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Rohit S/o Raju and Rahul Yadav S/o Ramniwas, shall be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for their appearance before the Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
