The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended by the police with arms ammunitions. So far as the petitioner is concerned, one country-made and two live cartridges were recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2026 and charge sheet has been submitted. 4. Though learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent, but regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamshedpur, in connection with Jugsalai P.S.
