The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:- “Under the above circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be graciously be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to extend the service of the petitioner as that has been done in the case of four other employees equally place under Annexure-5 Series and to grant all consequential service and financial benefits; And further the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to regularise the service of the petitioner as Programme Officer (CB & PLET) of OTDS, and to grant him all consequential service within a stipulated period as deem fit and proper; And/or pass any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the fitness of the case; And for this act of kindness as in duty bound the Petitioner shall ever pray.” 4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievance, Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-6 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection. 5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-6 within a period of three (3) months in accordance with law from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
