The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bengabad P.S. Case No. 188 of 2025. The petitioner and others had assaulted the informant and his wife. It has been submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there is a delay of six days in lodging of the FIR. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2026. Learned counsel appearing for the Informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that one injury was found on the scalp of the informant which can be attributed to the petitioner. Considering the inordinate delay in lodging of the first information report and the period of custody of the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Giridih in connection with Bengabad P.S.
