The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 19.03.2024, annexure no.9 to the writ petition. 4. Gyane.) ds vYVªklkm.M fd;s tk;saxsA” 5. It transpires that the petitioner who is M.S. (Surgery) is allowed to do ultrasound of his discipline i.e. M.S. (Surgery); it nowhere speaks that the petitioner shall be restrained from conducting the ultrasound of any portion of the body which falls within the discipline of the petitioner. It only directs Doctor Sadhana Chauhan to conduct ultrasound of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. 6. The writ petition appears to be filed under mis- conceived belief that the petitioner was stopped from doing the ultrasound of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. 7.
