The petitioner is an accused in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.07 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner was running prostitution in her hotel. It appears that several co-accused persons have been granted bail. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a lady who is in custody since 12.03.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Hazaribag in connection with Muffasil P.S.
