The allegation against the petitioner appears to be general and omnibus in nature. He is in custody since 17.02.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra in connection with Piparwar P.S.
