From a perusal of the death certificate, it is revealed that accused-petitioner Kanwarpal Singh @ Pappu S/o Ramkunwar Singh Rajput has died on 28.11.2020. Learned Additional Government Advocate does not controvert the report along-with the death certificate of the accused petitioner-Kanwarpal Singh @ Pappu.
