The petitioner is an accused in connection with Kharaundhi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2026. 3. The daughter of the informant while going to school was enticed away by the petitioner who took her to a secluded place and committed rape upon her. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the call details indicate that the petitioner and the victim were having a love affair. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2026 and he has been falsely implicated at the instance of the brother of the victim. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the fact that the victim was aged 13 years and she was subjected to aggravated penetrative assault, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.
