Heard Ms. Priyanaka Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bishnupur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that the trucks and JCB machines were seized by forest officials as the same were being used for illegal mining of bauxite. After some time, some armed miscreants had come and assaulted the forest officials and taken away the vehicles. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner is named in the First Information Report, but the same is doubtful considering the fact that in the First Information Report itself, it has been mentioned that all the miscreants had their faces covered which creates a doubt about their identity. 5. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.042026. 6. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Gumla, in connection with Bishnupur P.S.
