Also heard Mr. Roshan Subedi, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 & 4, Mr. Daniel Hrahsel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Mary L. Khiangte, learned counsel for the respondent No. 5 and Mr. Lianhmingthanga, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC for respondent No. 1. This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant under Order 1, Rule 10(2) of CPC, 1908 in connection with Cont.Cas(C) No. 26/2025 praying for impleading the new incumbent to the post which was earlier occupied by the respondent Nos. 2 & 3, since respondent No. 2 has already retired and respondent No. 3 has been transferred. The prayer is not opposed to by the other side. Accordingly, the prayer of the applicant is allowed and Smt. Shilpa Sachin Shinde, who is the current Chairperson and Managing Director (Addl. Charge), National Projects Construction Corporation Ltd may be impleaded in the connected Contempt Petition as respondent No. 6 in the connected Contempt Petition. Similarly, Sh. Saumitra Das, Zonal Manager, North East Zone, National Page No.# 4/4 Projects Construction Corporation Ltd may be impleaded as respondent No. 7 in the connected Contempt Petition. This Interlocutory Application is accordingly disposed of. The applicant shall file the amended Cause Title in the connected Contempt Case before the next date fixed.
