Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities, particularly respondent nos.3, to ensure that the petitioner is not illegally or arbitrarily obstructed in transportation/loading of buffaloes, subject to his strict compliance with all applicable statutory provisions, rules and directions issued by the competent authorities; II. Issue a writ, order or direction commanding the respondent authorities to ensure that the petitioner is permitted to carry on transportation of buffaloes strictly in accordance with law and the applicable guidelines issued by the competent veterinary authorities;" 3. It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent authority vide representation dated 27.07.2026 which is still pending consideration. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent authority to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law.
