Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of co- accused. It has been submitted that no Test Identification Parade has been held and the petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V-cum-FTC (CAW) at Jamshedpur in connection with Kadma P.S.
