This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita(BNSS), 2023 has been filed by the accused applicants, who are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sribhumi P.S. Case No. 517/2025, under Sections 22(c)/29, of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the charge sheet in the instant case has been filed bearing charge sheet No. 107/2026 dated 18.06.2026. 4. In view of the above, the instant AB application is disposed off with a liberty to the accused applicant to approach the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief, if so advised.
