The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 05 of 2026. It has been alleged that a theft was committed in the house of the informant and cash and various other articles were taken away by the thieves. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of a co-accused. Learned counsel submits that there has been no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. It has also been added that the petitioner has an antecedent as he is involved in one case. Learned Spl.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, he is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 05 of 2026 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. This application stands allowed.
