The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deodanr P.S. Case No. 4 of 2026 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 3 of 2026. It has been alleged that the house of Bijay Bhagat was searched where Ganja and liquor and instruments for manufacturing such liquor were seized. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was working only as a labourer for Bijay Bhagat. He has further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2026. Learned Special P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
