The report has been sent to this Court on 28.03.2026. Perusal of the report shows that the wife has filed an application for interim maintenance in I.A.No.27 of 2026 and the same is pending consideration. In the interregnum, the petitioner has moved this revision for the aforesaid relief. 5.When an application for interim maintenance is pending, there cannot be a direction for disposal of the HMOP. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
