This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court be pleased to direct the District Judge, Bhadohi to decide the Civil Revision No.53 of 2026, Dharmraj Vs. Salil Kumar and others within stipulated period as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper." 2. It is contended that election petition under Section 12-C of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act was filed, wherein an order was passed which has been challenged in Civil Revision No.53 of 2026. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the said revision. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Court concerned to decide the Civil Revision No.53 of 2026, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all the affected parties preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
