The petitioner and another accused were apprehended by the police and ganja was recovered from their possession. So far as the petitioner is concerned, 1.503 Kg. of ganja was recovered, which is an intermediate quantity. The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Palamau in connection with (Daltonganj Town) Shahar P.S.
