Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the civil Judge (Junior Division) City, Jaunpur to decide the application (6-C) Dated 19.8.2011 filed by the petitioner in O.S. No.996/2011 (Kunjal Vs. Raj Narayan and others) within the time period which may very kindly fix by the Hon'ble Court." 2. This writ petition is of the year 2011, and suit filed by the petitioner is also of the year 2011, in which, an application 6-C was filed. Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the Court below to decide 6-C application. 3. Almost 17 years' have elapsed, by now, 6-C application must have been decided. In case, 6-C application has not been decided till date, trial Court shall make every effort to decide the said application within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all the affected parties. 4.
