By virtue of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner on externment from Mysuru City. 3. The writ petition of this nature cannot entertained. This Court cannot direct the respondents not to pass any orders and if the respondents have passed any order, the petitioner has an alternate remedy under Section 54 of the Karnataka Police Act.
